At Rafter JE Traders, we do our best to ensure you know exactly what you’re purchasing. Each listing includes detailed descriptions and photos, so you can shop with confidence. Please reach out via email or Facebook Messenger if you have any questions prior to placing your order—we’re happy to help!

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Every piece is handcrafted with care, and we take great pride in the quality of our jewelry.

We use real stones, which means some natural variation in color, shape, or pattern may occur. These unique differences are what make each piece one-of-a-kind. If any such variations apply, they will be clearly noted in the product listing. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing rafterjetraders.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item. If eligible, we will work quickly to resolve the issue through repair or replacement. 

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:    •   Discounted or sale items    •   Items purchased with promotional or manual discount codes    •   Custom or special orders We do not accept returns due to change of mind, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction.

 Rafter JE Traders is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after shipment. All orders include up to $100 in insurance. For high-value items, we strongly recommend you reach out to us.

We carefully check every order before it leaves our studio. If you receive the wrong item or something is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at rafterjetraders.com so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
